Returning Items

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include the tracking number). Once we receive the return, we’ll process a refund for the purchase price. All returns must be registered through our customer service.

Received a Faulty Item?

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our support team right away with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item that is damaged
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo showing the fault

If your parcel was damaged during delivery, please take a photo of the damage and send it to our customer service team. Claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of delivery. We cannot offer a refund, exchange, or replacement without proof of the damage.

Received the Wrong Item?

If you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible, providing the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn’t receive
  • The name of the item you received
  • A photo of the item you received

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the one you want.

Faulty Products

For faulty, damaged, or defective items, there will be no charge for returns.

Returning Items for Other Reasons

If you've ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs and obtaining a return receipt.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
